How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel an order please call Customer service on 07835963810 or email [email protected] with your order reference number.

Can I track my order?

If you have created an account we will update your member area throughout the order process with a status: processing, ready for pick up/delivery. Once your order has either been collected or delivered it will show Completed.

An item is missing from my order?

If an item is missing from your order please contact us with your order reference number on 07835963810, or email us on [email protected].

Can I return my product?

If your item is faulty or damaged after leaving us we will ask if you can take a photograph of the product and then call us on 07835963810 or contact us.

How do I create an account?

To create your own Christmas account please use the following information below:

1) Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of the website.
2) Enter your email address and password.
3) Click register.

Then simply follow the setup wizard to complete your account setup. Your information is NEVER sold onto other companies and is kept completely private to us only. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
